Please help, Im Sylvester Otieno from Nairobi, Kenya. Am in need of financial assistance to pay my university fees. The university education is the very expensive here and my parents cant afford to pay it due to the level of poverty we are in. I am a forth born in a family of seven siblings. I dont drink or smoke. I would like to study Computer Science in ICT in the local university. I have recieved admission letters twice from two different universities but was unable to join due to lack of funds.
